It is child friendly with books \u0026amp; toys and lots of space to play. You will not be sharing the lower level with any other guests other than your group.  \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eWe are a licensed Bed \u0026amp; Breakfast and a smoke-free stay. And altho we all love pets, we don't have hosting accommodations for them. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe bedrooms feature handcrafted rough sawn + reclaimed wood beds, handmade quilts \u0026amp; cotton sheets. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eBathroom• enjoy the rustic charm of reclaimed wood. It has a toilet room, a walk-in shower, 2 sinks and a large mirror. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eSide note• there is no a\/c unit on the lower level. we have a large one on main floor that helps cool the lower level when it gets hot out. The lower level is naturally cool and there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms.  \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eWalk-out entry•  There's a full size fridge you  to use, a coffee maker, microwave. salt \u0026amp; pepper. paper towel. dish towels \u0026amp; soap. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003ethe farm• we are a small family organic dairy farm located on 160 acres of pasture, woods + swamp.  we have ducks, chickens, cats, dogs and pigs on the side. we love our cows and every one has a name! our guests are always welcome to come outside \u0026amp; meet our animals. please be gentle \u0026amp; kind.       we love to give tours.  \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eWe live here + this is an active farm!
