Freeze-Dried Organic Chicken Eggs

Delicious, organic, soy-free eggs from our happy pasture-raised hens! The hens roam freely on the lush regenerative pastures on our 200 acre organic dairy farm. Every 1-3 days we move their mobile coop to a new place keeping close to our rotationally grazed cows. They spend their days foraging in the woods and pastures where we have found 172 different varieties of grasses, legumes, forbes, shrubs + trees which gives us some beautiful nutrient dense eggs.

Every morning we go open their coop to let them out, every afternoon we go gather the pretty eggs by hand and also take a pail of fermented organic [whole grain] feed to supplement their diet. In the evening finds us going back out to their buggy to close the door to keep the predators out. 

We love our chickens and their eggs! They add diversity + fertilizer to the pastures, eat insects + ticks... we hope you will enjoy their eggs too:)

What you are getting: a dozen eggs that are blended, freeze-dried and packaged in resealable 5mil mylar bags with an oxygen absorber. [6oz package].  *Most people say 4 oz is considered a dozen, however ours are either larger or more dense than others. Our dozen makes a 6oz package. 

To reconstitute, mix 2 Tbsp egg powder with 2-3 Tbsp warm water. Stir and let sit for a couple minutes and then use as desired!
